As part of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law course conducted by the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law at our Faculty, Judge Türkan Kasapoğlu, President of the 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance at Bakırköy Courthouse, and Judge Alev Deniz Çetin Dursun of the 8th Commercial Court of First Instance at Bakırköy Courthouse, were invited as guest speakers. They shared their professional experience and provided valuable advice to our students.
