Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 28 November 2025:
Research Assistant Esra ASLAN AKŞİT from the Department of Public Law / Department of Administrative Law has given a presentation about “Suspension of Administrative Act”.
Res. Asst. Merve GÜNEY from the Department of Private Law / Chair of Civil Procedure and Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law delivered her presentation titled “The Protective Petition in Civil Procedure Law”.
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
