Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 21 November 2025:
Research Assistant Aslı Ekin YILMAZ, from the Department of Public Law / Division of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, has given a presentation on “Publicly Disseminating Misleading Information (TCC §217/A)”.
Research Assistant Zehra Büşra KAYAÖZÜ from the Department of Private Law / Commercial Law Chair delivered her presentation titled “The Principle of Equal Treatment in Joint Stock Company Law”.
