Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 13 February 2026:
Research Assistant Samet ŞAHİN from the Department of Private Law, Division of Civil Law, delivered a presentation titled “Disposition of Shares in Joint Ownership”.
Research Assistant Rabia YILMAZ BÖRKLÜCE from the Department of Public Law, Sub-department of Fiscal Law, delivered a presentation titled “Wealth taxes within the framework of the principle of taxation according to ability to pay”.
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
