Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments. These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 26 December 2025:
Yusuf GENÇ, Research Assistant at the Department of Private Law / Division of Civil Law, delivered a presentation entitled “The Scope of The Possessory Pledge of Movables in Terms of The Encumbered Property and The Secured Claim.”
Res. Asst. Can Eralp ELİBOL from the Department of Public Law, Division of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, delivered a presentation titled “Criminal Liability Arising from Recording or Disclosing the Voice or Image of a Person Committing an Unlawful Attack for the Purpose of Obtaining Evidence”.
