Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 20 February 2026:
Research Assistant Ercan KARAİSMAİLOĞLU, Department of Public Law / Chair of Legal History, delivered a presentation titled “The Prohibition of Discrimination in Waqf Revenues.”
Research Assistant Elif Naz SARI ÖZSOY from the Department of Private Law, Chair of Commercial Law delivered a presentation titled “The Merchant’s Right to Claim Payment”.
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
