Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 13 March 2026:
Dr. Mehmet Hamza ARSLAN, Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Law, delivered his presentation titled “The Relationship Between Sports Law and Competition Law.”
Research Assistant Rüveyda YAVUZ from the Department of Public Law / Division of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law delivered a presentation titled “An Assessment of Camera Surveillance in Public Spaces in the Context of the Privacy of Private Life.”
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
