Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law
07.11.2025
As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 7 November 2025:
Department of Private Law / Division of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Research Assistant Dr. Makbule Serra KORKUT has given a presentation about “The Evaluation of the Institutions of Correction and Clarification of Judgments within the Framework of Turkish and German Law”.
Research Assistant Dr. Zeynep KURTOĞLU YENİPINAR from the Department of Public Law / Department of International Public Law gave a presentation entitled “The Fragmentation of International Law and the Quest for Integration in International Investment Law”.
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
