Within the scope of the BAP project conducted by the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at the Faculty of Law of the Turkish-German University, a conference titled “Two Countries with Different Approaches to Mandatory Pre-Trial Settlement: Turkey and Germany” will be held on Monday, 8 December 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00, in the Conference Hall of the School of Foreign Languages.
