23.03.2023 - On Thursday, Dr. Derya Nur Kayacan gave a speech on the issue "The International Criminal Court's Arrest Warrant against Putin: Scope and Applicability". Subsequently, a question and answer session was held with the participants. At the end of the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolga Candan presented a certificate of gratitude to Dr. Derya Nur Kayacan.
