Lease Law Symposium Held at Turkish-German University

The “Lease Law Symposium”, organized by the Faculty of Law at Turkish-German University on 16–17 April 2026, was concluded with strong academic participation.
During the two-day symposium, current issues in lease law were addressed in a comprehensive manner. In the presentations delivered within the framework of various sessions, topics such as the transfer of lease agreements, eviction undertakings, determination of rent, and recent judicial practice were discussed from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
The symposium began with opening speeches and was conducted in an interactive manner through sessions held throughout the day and question-and-answer segments.
The symposium contributed to the evaluation of current discussions in lease law and strengthened the interaction between academia and practice.
