Overseas Publication by the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Insolvency Law

As part of their academic visit to Japan, the Head of the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Insolvency Law, Prof. Dr. H. Özden Özkaya-Ferendeci, together with the other faculty members of the Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anıl Köroğlu and Assist. Prof. Dr. Mikail Bora Kaplan, and research assistants Dr. Makbule Serra Korkut and Merve Güney — delivered a presentation at Rikkyo University in Tokyo on November 25, 2024. The Japanese translation of the presentation, titled “An Overview of Turkish Law”, was published in Volume 25, Issue 1 of the Komazawa Law Review.
Furthermore, Professor Yoshihiro Okada from the Faculty of Law at Komazawa University, who attended the presentation at Rikkyo University and was influenced by the digitalization efforts in Turkish Civil Procedure Law, recently published the results of his research in a scientific journal in Japan. The article is titled “An Overview of the Republic of Turkey’s National Judiciary Informatics Project (UYAP)”.
