Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments.
These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 24 October 2025:
Research Assistant Muhammed Ali ÇOBAN, from the Private Law Department / Civil Law Chair, delivered a presentation titled “The Liability of the Air Carrier for Delay in the Carriage of Passengers.”
Research Assistant Mahmud Esad AY, from the Department of Public Law / Chair of Public International Law, gave his presentation titled “In the Dilemma of Politics and Law: The International Court of Justice's Advisory Opinion on the Legality of Nuclear Weapons”.
We thank all our members with the hope that these valuable contributions will continue to contribute to the academic development of our faculty.
