Academic Discussion Days Continue Every Friday at the Faculty of Law

As part of the academic activities conducted within our faculty, every Friday, presentations are given to faculty members by one research assistant from each of the Private Law and Public Law departments. These events contribute to the sharing of our young academics’ work, the development of an academic discussion culture, and increased interdisciplinary interaction.
In this context, on 22 May 2026:
Research Assistant Alinail BIYIK of the Department of Public Law / Administrative Law Division delivered a presentation entitled “The Withdrawal of Disciplinary Sanctions Imposed on Convicted Prisoners in the Context of the Administrative Acts Revocation Regime”.
Research Assistant Hatice Kübra KILIÇ UĞUR from the Department of Private Law / Chair of Private International Law delivered a presentation entitled “Punitive Damages in Private International Law”.
