Foreign Publication from the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law

As part of their academic visit to Japan, the faculty members of our Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law — Prof. Dr. H. Özden Özkaya-Ferendeci, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Efe Dırenisa, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anıl Köroğlu and research assistants Dr. Mikail Bora Kaplan, Makbule Serra Korkut, and Merve Güney — delivered a presentation at Kanto Gakuin University in Yokohama on November 26, 2024. The presentation has been published in Volume 34, Issue 4 of the Kanto Gakuin Law Review journal with the title “Entwicklung des türkischen Zivilprozesses” (Development of Turkish Civil Procedure).

Academic Visit of Our Faculty to Germany

The faculty members and research assistants of our Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law visited the city of Bonn, Germany, within the scope of the scientific research project titled "Two Countries with Different Views on Mandatory Pre-Suit Conciliation: Turkey and Germany (A Comparative Study on Problems, Trends, and Solutions)."

Academic Visit of Our Faculty to Japan

The faculty members and research assistants of our Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy Law Department delivered lectures on "The Development of Turkish Civil Procedure Law and the Impact of Digitalization on Judicial Processes" during their visit to Japan at prestigious universities such as Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Kanto Gakuin University in Yokohama, and Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. These lectures were attended not only by students but also by numerous academics as listeners.

Faculty of Law Courtroom Opening Ceremony

With the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal YILDIZ, the Opening Ceremony of the Faculty of Law Courtroom was held on 11 December 2024, and a representative hypothetical trial was held by the students of the Faculty of Law with the organisation of the Faculty of Law Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law.
